Introduction

Our services include translation and linguistic services (“Services”), which are provided to individuals and legal entities (“Clients,” “you,” “your”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Company is registered at CasaMeridian Condo, Building Orient Tower 2nd Floors A01-01, Build No. 01, Street. Hawert Diamond Island Phum 14, Sangkat Tonle Basak, Khan Chamkamorn, Phnom Penh., Kingdom of Cambodia.

Terminology

For the purpose of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

– “Services” refer to translation and linguistic services offered by the Company.

– “Client” refers to any individual or legal entity that uses our Services.

– “Invoice” refers to the payment request issued to the Client via email.

– “Order” refers to the Client’s request for Services submitted through the contact form on our website.

– “Payment Link” refers to the URL provided to the Client for completing the payment.

– “Support” refers to the assistance provided by the Company for any issues related to the Services.

– “IPS” refers to International Payment Systems available for transactions, including Visa and MasterCard.

How to buy

  1. Submit an application 

          Clients must fill out an application using the contact form available on our website, specifying the required type of translation service.

  1. Receive an invoice 

          Upon submission, the Client will receive an invoice via email, which includes a payment link. The payment link will also arrive shortly, but it may take up to 24 hours.

  1. Complete the payment 

          The Client must complete the payment using the provided payment link. Our available IPS for transactions are Visa and MasterCard.

  1. Download your translation 

          After the payment is confirmed, the Client will receive a link to download the requested documents. The translation process typically requires at least 24 hours. Check with the manager for the exact timeframe.

Delivery of services

  1. Receive the download link

          Once the payment is received, the Company will provide the Client with a download link for the ordered documents. The translation process typically requires at least 24 hours. Check with the manager for the exact timeframe.

  1. Email notification

          The download link will be sent to the Client via email once the documents are ready.

Possible problems and defects

  1. If the Client receives a link that does not work, they must contact our Support immediately.
  2. If the downloaded file does not open, the Client must reach out to our Support for assistance.
  3. In either case, the Company will provide a new link or a resolution to ensure the Client receives the functional documents.

Account

Account registration

Creating an account on our website is reserved exclusively for translators. Translators can register by providing personal information such as name, email address, and contact details.

Responsibilities of the account holder

By creating an account, you agree to:

– Accuracy: Provide and maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

– Security: Maintain the confidentiality of your login details and notify us of any unauthorized use or security breaches.

– Compliance: Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations while using our services.


Termination of account

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or fraudulent activity.

Refund policy

  1. Generally, refunds for translation services are not provided.
  2. Any exceptions to this policy will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  3. Clients must provide proof of defects or issues related to the Services to be considered for a refund.

Responsibilities of the client

  1. The Client must provide accurate and complete information when placing an Order.
  2. The Client is responsible for ensuring timely payment of the Invoice.
  3. The Client must promptly report any issues with the Services to Support.
  4. The Client must use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities of the Company

  1. The Company shall provide the Services as described on the website and in accordance with these Terms.
  2. The Company will issue an Invoice and provide a Payment Link to the Client.
  3. The Company will deliver the ordered documents upon confirmation of payment.
  4. The Company will provide Support for any issues related to the Services.

Modification of terms

  1. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
  2. Any changes to the Terms will be posted on the website.
  3. Continued use of the Services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing law

  1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
  2. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cambodia.

Limitation of liability

  1. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services.
  2. The Company’s total liability for any claims arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the Services.

User conduct

  1. Clients must not use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
  2. Clients must not interfere with the proper functioning of the Services or the website.
  3. Clients must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or the website.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services. Vitri Technology Co., Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes to the Terms.
